We are currently hiring experienced and entry-level personnel for our asphalt paving crews. Open positions include:

Foreman – Leads the crew, oversees daily operations, and ensures quality and safety standards are met.
Paver Operator – Operates the asphalt paver to place asphalt evenly.
Screed Operator – Controls the screed to achieve the correct mat thickness and smooth finish.
Roller Operator – Compacts asphalt to meet density specifications and produce a quality surface.
Backhoe Operator – Operates backhoe equipment for excavation, grading, and material handling as needed.
Raker / Lute Man – Hand-finishes asphalt around edges, joints, and obstacles to ensure a clean, uniform appearance.
General Laborer – Assists the crew with site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and other tasks to keep the project moving efficiently.
